Job summary
Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is seeking a Security Officer who projects a friendly, customer-oriented attitude while safeguarding patrons, employees and property. Responsibilities include monitoring transfers of monies, patrolling casino and hotel areas, documenting incidents, coordinating in emergencies, and complying with regulations.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of guest service experience (casino experience preferred), and strong English
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- 1 year of guest service experience, casino experience preferred.
- Must communicate effectively in English.
- Must be computer literate; proficient with MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic security coverage to protect patrons, employees and assets.
- Maintain security presence and report unusual situations.
- Ensure proper transfers of monies within casino and hotel areas.
- Prepare detailed incident reports clearly and promptly.
- Coordinate emergency response as needed.
