Job summary

Citizen Potawatomi Nation seeks a Security Officer to safeguard patrons, staff, assets, and facilities at FireLake Entertainment Center. The role includes patrolling the parking area, circulating among visitors and employees, and escorting money transfers to vaults and gaming areas while maintaining security standards.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in casino security or related fields, strong communication, and the ability to operate DVR systems and security software.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma/GED.
• One to Three years' experience as a Security Officer.
• Experience in Casino, Surveillance, Security and/or Loss prevention preferred.
• Must have very good communication and written skills and have the ability to follow verbal and written directions.
• Ability to operate DVR equipment and various computer software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the parking lot of the gaming facility.
• Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.
• Escort money transfers to and from the vault, offices, blackjack tables, and the gaming machines on the floor and maintain security level to safeguard assets.
• Observe all gaming activities and enforce rules and regulations.
• Provide friendly customer service.
• Assist Tribal Police as needed or requested.
