Job summary

Kewadin-Casino is seeking a Security Guard to protect guests and casino assets. The role requires vigilance, professional customer service, and the ability to respond to incidents with discretion and speed.

Responsibilities include patrolling, escorting cash handlers, processing jackpot payouts, and reporting incidents. Education is a high school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience is required. AED/First Aid/CPR certifications may be required upon hire.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and basic database software.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to work extended hours and various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must maintain confidentiality and establish professional relationships with staff, customers, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Monitors casino facility and patrols premises to protect team members, customers, and assets.
• Escorts cash-handlers to the Casino Cage area and assists with cash handling as needed.
• Performs jackpot payouts on the Gaming Floor.
• Reports incidents to management and writes incident reports.
• Answers calls for assistance and investigates disturbances.
• Transports table fills to the Gaming floor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
