You will greet guests, patrol facilities, and assist employees, while maintaining incident reports and coordinating with local law enforcement as needed.

The role emphasizes safety-sensitive work with drug testing requirements; possession of a CLEET unarmed license within 180 days and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Working knowledge of defensive tactics.
• Familiarity with surveillance video systems and maintaining chain of evidence.
• Ability to pass a security-approved custody control test.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming authority license.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide protection for the physical assets of the properties, including guests and employees, and report safety hazards to leadership.
• Prevent guests from entering premises with prohibited items and address policy violations.
• Patrol the facilities including casinos, smoke shops, and parking lots.
• Greet guests and provide directions and assistance as needed.
• Provide aid to guests or employees, including CPR and first aid when required.
• Detect suspicious activity and notify leadership.
• Maintain good relations with local law enforcement and fire departments.
• Maintain detailed incident reports following policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with age requirements by reviewing guests' identification.
