Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Security experience is a plus.
• Prior customer service experience essential.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain PA Gaming Control Board license.

Responsibilities

• Write reports of all incidents.
• Ensure guest safety and compliance with regulations.
• Check identification of patrons and escort guests and employees as required.
• Maintain professional and courteous conduct at all times.
• Assist in destruction of used cards and dice from table games.
• Escort fills, credits, and documents to and from the cage and pit.
