Job summary

Presque Isle Downs & Casino is seeking a Surveillance Operator to monitor casino activities and ensure security and compliance across the property. The role emphasizes confidentiality, reporting, and adherence to all policies and procedures.

The candidate must understand PGCB regulations, have strong attention to detail, and be able to work varied shifts. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, and eligibility to obtain the relevant Pennsylvania gaming license is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos, and short correspondence.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information to customers, clients and employees.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of all PID information.
• Monitor casino activities from the monitoring system.
• Identify, record and document illegal or unusual activities in casino areas.
• Report illegal activities to supervisor or authorities as necessary.
• Know PGCB regulations and PID controls and procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• No familial or dating relationships between surveillance team members.
