High school diploma required; PA gaming license eligibility; intermediate PC skills and Microsoft

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
• Intermediate PC skills and Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, make change, exchange chips and vouchers for cash.
• Prepare customer jackpots, W9s and all other tax forms; assist Table Games with tax forms.
• Issue slot counter checks at the front window.
• Post all information in the casino accounting system.
• Be accountable for all transactions and balances daily to assure accuracy.
• Prepare AML entries for compliance.
• Enroll new Players' Club members and answer account questions.
• Assist with promotional giveaways and occasional charitable donations.
• Obtain a cash bank and reconcile sales; know kiosk functions and promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
