Job summary

Fort McDowell Enterprises is seeking a WCR Security Lead Officer to direct Security Officers and System Operators across the We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort and related properties.

In this role you will ensure policy compliance, coordinate with managers and emergency services, monitor security systems, and supervise staffing and investigations to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of civilian or military law enforcement or security experience.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Must obtain and maintain a State/Tribal License (including background check).

Responsibilities

• Patrol and direct the patrol of WCR and FM Enterprise facilities and grounds to deter crimes and security incidents.
• Ensure all uniformed Security personnel comply with Tribal Gaming Ordinance, WCR policies, and Security procedures.
• Provide Security escort service as required by policy.
• Coordinate with other FM Enterprise managers and local emergency services.
• Monitor and operate Security Operations Center communications and systems.
• Inspect Security Department vehicles and equipment for upkeep.
• Assist with employee evaluations and disciplinary actions as directed.
• Ensure security staffing is adequate for shifts and incidents.
• Direct necessary notifications for incidents and perform other duties as assigned.
