Job summary

Fort McDowell Golf Club is seeking a Security Uniform Officer to patrol We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort and associated properties, protecting guests, staff, and assets. This full-time, non-exempt position requires vigilance, clear communication, and the ability to respond to incidents on-site.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2 years in law enforcement or security, and the ability to obtain necessary licenses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in civilian or military law enforcement or in a similar security role preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Patrol WCR and FM Enterprise properties to deter crimes and security incidents.
• Monitor activities of the public and employees on designated FM Enterprise properties.
• Remain alert for prohibited individuals, policy violations, or safety hazards and report them.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with emergency services.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain equipment inspections and records.
