KLA-MO-YA Casino and Hotel seeks a Security Manager to safeguard guests, team members, and assets while coordinating emergency procedures and risk mitigation. The role oversees the Security Department, staffing, training, and reporting to the General Manager.

• Knowledge of Internal Controls for Security Dept within a Casino.
• Experience with Unarmed Security Officer procedures.
• Ability to read, interpret and communicate policies and procedures.
• Strong supervisory and management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Protect guests, team members, and assets of the casino and hotel.
• Supervise Security Department; train staff; resolve complaints.
• Ensure 24-hour protection and proper staffing for Security operations.
• Submit incident and daily log reports to management as required.
• Maintain key control and budget monitoring within the department.
