Job summary

Fort McDowell Golf Club is seeking a WCR Security Lead Officer to oversee security staff and operations at the Fort McDowell Enterprises properties. You will direct patrols, enforce regulations, and coordinate with Emergency Services to minimize risk on-site.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in security or law enforcement, with a valid Arizona license and ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in civilian or military law enforcement or security.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Direct Security Officers and System Operators to protect property and people.
• Ensure compliance with Tribal Gaming Ordinance and Security policies.
• Provide security escort services and coordinate with emergency services.
• Monitor Security Operations Center and maintain equipment.
• Maintain staffing levels and timely incident notifications.
• Review and document disciplinary recommendations when needed.
