Job summary

Caesars Entertainment's Horseshoe Tunica is seeking a Security professional responsible for the effective functioning of the Security Department on the assigned shift. You will supervise Security Officers on shift, patrol the property, identify hazards, and support the safety of guests, team members and the facility.

This role requires a high school diploma, some college preferred, and at least one year of experience in law enforcement or gaming security.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college highly preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in law enforcement or gaming security.
• Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the Casino.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the supervision of Security Officers on assigned shift.
• Patrols the property on assigned shift, identifying potential hazards and reporting them.
• Acts as a back-up to Security Officers when necessary.
• Prepares and requests incident reports involving guests, team members and facilities.
• Maintains knowledge of property and events to advise guests and team members.
• Guards transfers of monies and chips on the casino floor and related operations.
• Interacts with guests and team members in a positive, professional manner.
• Ensures maximum guest service and satisfaction throughout the property.
• Maintains accurate departmental records and reports; ensures attendance records are kept.
