Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school graduate or equivalent is required
• Two years' experience in a position with direct guest contact required
• Prefer individual with two years police, military, or casino security experience
• Must be able to obtain and possess a Nevada Gaming Card, an Alcohol Awareness Card (AES), First Aid & CPR certifications
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift

Responsibilities

• Protects guests and colleagues by maintaining a safe environment.
• Gives directions and provides escort to customers in need.
• Provides assistance to civil and law enforcement authorities, including testimony in court and other hearings.
• Makes chip fills and jackpot verifications.
• Patrols property to identify safety hazards and security gaps; documents incidents per policy.
• Writes detailed reports and conducts investigations as required.
