Caesars Entertainment is seeking a part-time Security position at Harrah's Pompano Beach to uphold a safe environment for guests and team members. You will engage with guests, monitor access, and respond to incidents while maintaining professional service.

Requirements include 21+ years, English proficiency, a 1055 gaming license, CPR/AED certification, and a high school diploma or GED. Prior security experience is preferred; background checks and drug testing may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proficient in English verbal and written.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a 1055 gaming license.
• Acquire and maintain CPR/AED certification.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• One year experience in security preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deal with high-volume customer interactions and be consistently outgoing, upbeat, and cheerful.
• Build guest relations throughout every shift by talking with customers, making them feel welcome and comfortable, and inviting them back.
• Provide superior guest service, positively affect interactions with guests and employees, and have the resiliency to deal with difficult guests.
• Assist in transporting money and chips.
• Control access to restricted areas.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to customer and team member incidents and accidents. Write reports.
• Monitor customer and team member passage in and out of casino.
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Handle routine customer complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring supervisory attention.
