Job summary

Buffalo Thunder Casino is seeking a part-time waitstaff member to provide food and beverage service in a casino/hotel environment. You will greet guests, take orders, and relay them to bartenders and cooks, ensuring timely delivery of drinks and meals with accuracy and courtesy.

The role requires basic math and English, strong customer relations, and the ability to handle busy service periods. PPABC liquor certification is preferred, with weekend and holiday shifts common.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• PPABC Liquor Certification or completion is required.
• Wait staff experience is preferred (minimum 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Provides food and beverage service to customers in a casino/hotel setting.
• Greets customers and handles requests and complaints promptly.
• Takes orders, relays to bartender and kitchen staff, serves beverages and food.
• Balances and handles payments, and processes transactions.
• Maintains cleanliness of tables and service areas, and assists with side duties.
• Works weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
