Job summary

Buffalo Thunder Casino is seeking a Beverage Server to circulate a beverage cart, take orders, and serve drinks to casino guests in a fast-paced environment. The role requires maintaining a clean bar area, stocking supplies, and occasional cross-function work within Food & Beverage.

Candidates must be 21 years of age and possess strong verbal communication and people skills. Experience is not required as training will be provided; punctual shift work including weekends and holidays is expected

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• No previous experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Circulates beverage cart, takes orders, and serves drinks to guests.
• Dispenses drinks from the beverage bar to customers.
• Keeps beverage cart and bar area clean and organized.
• Stocks all necessary items for the next shift.
• May work in other Food & Beverage areas as needed.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to communicate effectively.

JOB PURPOSE:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Circulates beverage cart around assigned area, takes orders, and serves drinks to customers
• Dispenses drinks to customers from beverage bar
• Keeps beverage cart and bar area clean and neat
• Stocks all necessary items for next shift
• May be required to work in other areas of Food & Beverage as needed
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Good verbal communication and customer relation skills
• Ability to handle a variety of customer requests and personalities
• Must be people oriented and courteous

REQUIRED EDUCATION OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or GED
• No experience necessary; Willing to train

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Casino setting; Shift work; Required to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Standing/Walking, 100% for up to 4 hours at a time
• Lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Balancing trays, pushing beverage cart
• Exposure to cigarette smoke and noise
• Must follow safety precautions and requirements
