Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months of restaurant server experience in a high-volume casino or hospitality setting preferred.
• Casino experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Food Handlers Certification.
• Ability to obtain/maintain OOGC License.
• US citizenship or work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Takes food and beverage orders from guests.
• Ensures guests have everything needed for their meal.
• Busses tables and maintains cleanliness of the dining area.
• Maintains cleanliness of restaurant area and stock of utensils, cups, napkins, etc.
• Provides information on promotions and events.
• Follows safety and food handling regulations.
• Maintains confidentiality of guest and casino data.
• Demonstrates punctuality and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
