Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Six months’ previous customer service experience required.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively with customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverage to all guests.
• Greet all guests within one minute in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist guests with coats and seating and ensure guest satisfaction during service.
• Maintain a neat and organized work station and keep wait stations clean and stocked.
• Follow all tip out procedures according to standards.
