You will set AAA 4-Diamond standards, oversee guest rooms and public areas, and drive pre-opening planning and staffing in a fast-paced tribal gaming environment.

You will hire and coach department leaders, manage budgets and KPIs, and collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, Security, and Casino Operations to ensure guest readiness and service

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years as an Executive Housekeeper in a casino resort (required).
• Experience in a high-volume, 4-Diamond property (required).
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.

Aufgaben

• Direct all housekeeping and laundry operations including guest rooms, public areas, linen distribution, and uniform control.
• Establish and maintain AAA 4-Diamond cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Lead pre-opening setup: staffing, SOP creation, inventory build, workflows.
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage departmental leaders and staff; maintain productivity.
• Manage budgets, KPIs, labor costs, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, Security, and Casino Operations.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
