Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino seeks a DPS Officer to uphold the highest public safety standards while delivering four-diamond guest service. They will protect PRC assets, report violations, and assist other departments to maintain a safe environment for guests and Team Members.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, potential gaming license eligibility, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. Training is provided to align with PRC policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Prior Public Safety experience or 6 months to 1 year related experience preferred.
• Must qualify to obtain and maintain a Class “A” gaming license and CA Guard Card.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a safe environment for all guests and Team Members.
• Enforce gaming regulations per internal policy and NIGC.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist other departments as needed and respond to calls for service.
• Conduct bag checks and maintain records of lost and found items.
• Work night, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.
• Participate in ongoing trainings offered by DPS and PRC.
