Job summary

Downstream Casino Resort in Oklahoma is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to maintain clean in-house facilities, empty ashtrays, and keep restrooms and gaming areas tidy. You will work with various cleaning agents and deliver friendly, professional service to patrons.

Candidates should be at least 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, good communication skills, and the ability to read, write and speak English.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Ability to write routine correspondence and speak to the public and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the in-house facilities.
• Empty and provide clean ashtrays in the casino on a regular basis.
• Clean, wash and disinfect all floors, sinks and commodes of bathrooms.
• Wipe and clean all gaming devices on a regular basis.
• Provide cleaning and stocking for assigned areas of the casino.
• Work with various cleaning agents and maintain a professional attitude with guests.
• Attend training meetings and adhere to policies.
• Hours are determined by a 24-hour schedule.
