Job summary

Cache Creek Casino Resort in Oceanside, CA, is seeking a promotions coordinator to create, plan, coordinate and execute promotions and special events on the casino floor. You will drive revenue through engaging experiences and exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include hosting drawings, assisting with promotions, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure successful events while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

One year related experience and/or education.
Basic Office software knowledge; ability to learn and operate industry software and programs.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize and promote on-property and public events/themes with relevant departments.
Assist with drawings, promotions, slot tournaments and awarding prizes.
Host promotional activities and announce events; speak to audiences and crowds.
Generate excitement and celebrate promotions and special events.
Prepare and maintain documentation and files of all promotion-related records.
Create, review and submit rules and procedures for inter-company communications.
