Rush Street Interactive is seeking a Product Manager for the casino product vertical in the United States. You will drive discovery, problem definition, initiative shaping, and roadmap management in collaboration with Casino Operations, Data, and CRM teams to optimize game catalog, lobby experience, promotions, and monetization.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in product management, experience in iGaming or adjacent regulated industries, and a strong grasp of A/B testing, analytics

Qualificações

• 5+ years in product management with roadmaps and cross-functional ownership.
• Experience in iGaming, online casino or related regulated tech.
• Familiarity with agile delivery, A/B testing, and analytics platforms.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct discovery to identify problems and prioritize opportunities in your product area.
• Develop understanding of player needs, business goals, and constraints via research and data analysis.
• Translate inputs from stakeholders, data, and player feedback into defined problem statements and epics.
• Collaborate with Design, Data and Engineering to ideate product solutions and define epics.
