Ladders is seeking a Product Manager, Casino to own the roadmap for a casino-focused digital offering. You will guide discovery, prioritization, and delivery across a fast-moving consumer experience, partnering with cross-functional teams to shape product direction and translate data into decisions.

You will define success metrics, evaluate initiative performance, and ensure development stays aligned with regulatory requirements for iGaming products. Remote opportunity with occasional travel.

Competenze

• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of roadmaps.
• Experience in iGaming, online casino, or sports betting industries.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and data-driven decision making.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, domestically and internationally.

This role will own the product roadmap for a casino-focused digital offering, guiding discovery, prioritization, and delivery across a fast-moving consumer experience. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams to shape product direction, align stakeholders, and translate data into clear decisions. It also plays a key role in defining success metrics, evaluating initiative performance, and ensuring product development stays aligned with regulatory requirements.
