Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking a Pit Manager to supervise casino floor operations across Table Games and Slot Operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations. The role requires strong guest service, staff supervision, and the ability to evaluate performance with Directors and Managers, delegating monetary decisions and ensuring accurate records.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and prior supervisory experience with a gaming

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years as Pit Manager, 1 year as Floor Supervisor, and 2–3 years dealer experience with supervisory duties.
• Must maintain a gaming license and understand local gaming laws and internal controls.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise casino floor on assigned shifts for Table Games and Slot Operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and gaming regulations.
• Maintain staffing levels and equitable scheduling for shifts.
• Review performance with Directors/Managers and take corrective actions.
• Delegate monetary transactions and decisions with accountability.
• Promote guest relations, resolve disputes, and develop guest play.
• Investigate variances and ensure accurate time, attendance and records.
