Job summary

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking a Pit Manager to supervise table game operations, coach staff, and ensure top service standards in a fast-paced casino environment near Yosemite. You will coordinate shifts, review performance, and help maintain regulatory compliance.

The role requires prior pit management or floor supervision experience, strong people skills, and a working gaming license. We offer competitive wages and comprehensive benefits in a premier California destination.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year as Dual Rate Pit Manager; 1–2 years as Floor Supervisor; 2–3 years dealing in casino operations.
• Must be able to maintain a gaming license.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with Pit accounting procedures (fills, credits, marker).

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of assigned areas and ensure timely game flow.
• Assist in selection, training and evaluation of staff.
• Mentor employees to improve performance and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls.
• Direct supervision of Floor Supervisors, Pit Clerks and dealers.
