Job summary

Station Casinos LLC in Henderson, NV is seeking a Casino Service Manager for Wildfire Casino and Lanes to supervise multiple departments and serve as Manager on Duty, directing all casino and gaming operation team members. You will ensure Title 31 compliance, safeguard company assets and follow all responsible gaming guidelines.

Provide friendly, efficient service to guests and oversee the overall operation of all casino and gaming areas, train staff and maintain high morale through recognition

Qualifications

Two years' management experience.
Slots experience preferred.
Strong Communication, Leadership and Organizational skills.
Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook preferred.
Prior experience with Point of Sale systems helpful.
Must manage time effectively with minimum supervision.
Knowledge of cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

Supervising multiple departments and serving as Manager on Duty, directing all casino and gaming operation Team Members.
Provide friendly, efficient service to all Guests and oversee the overall operation of all casino and gaming areas.
Observe and follow Company standards, policies, and procedures.
Orient, train, and evaluate Team Members.
Maintain Team Member morale through support, appreciation and recognition.
