Job summary

Havasu Landing Casino is seeking a Shift Manager in the Administration department to support the General Manager in running day-to-day casino operations, aiming for maximum profitability while maintaining budgets.

The position requires 5+ years of senior management in hospitality or casino settings, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to lead teams, handle pressure, and adapt to change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Hospitality, or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• At least 5 years of senior management hospitality/casino operations experience.
• Must qualify for gaming license and pass pre-employment drug test.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of Title 31, CTRC, and SAR regulations.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM in day-to-day casino operations and profitability within budget.
• Oversee casino operations spanning Gaming, F&B, Security, Maintenance, Cage.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and corporate culture.
• Ensure compliance with MICS, TICS, and gaming regulations.
• Represent the company with Tribal/state officials and media in the GM’s absence.
• Monitor casino floor activities and adjust staffing with Table Games Supervisor.
