Qualifications

• Associates degree in approved related field or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must qualify for Elk Valley Rancheria Gaming license and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day casino operations during assigned shift to meet goals and ROI targets.
• Provide prompt, friendly service and maintain an enriching work environment.
• Keep records and generate timely reports; ensure proper staffing across shifts.
• Oversee policy compliance, train personnel, and resolve disputes during shifts.
• Attend management meetings and communicate pertinent information to staff.
