Job summary
Town Pump Inc. is seeking a motivated Casino Manager in Training to join Montana’s Best Casinos. You will train with the Casino Manager, learn overall operations, and provide exceptional customer service while supporting daily casino functions.
You will participate in bookwork, inventory, cash controls, hiring support, and promotions coordination, ensuring a safe and inviting environment for guests and staff.
Responsibilities
- train with the Casino Manager and learn the overall operation of the casino
- set the proper example for co-workers regarding professionalism, attitude, and teamwork
- provide exceptional customer service including resolving complaints and inquiries, making bank deposits, and answering/screening calls
- complete daily bookwork recording employee information, inventory, and sales information
- prioritize, organize, delegate, and follow up on casino tasks; maintain security of assets; control cash, inventories, merchandise, and labor hours
- assist with hiring, orientation, and training of new employees; make supervisory decisions consistent with standards
- maintain and/or perform basic repairs of gaming machines and bar equipment; audit gaming machines; coordinate on promotions; ensure safety for employees and customers
- take inventory of merchandise, process invoices, and address discipline or termination as assigned
