Job summary

Town Pump Inc. is seeking a motivated Casino Manager In Training in Missoula, MT to learn all aspects of casino operations.

You will train under the Casino Manager and gain hands-on experience in customer service, supervising decisions, promotions, and controlling expenses. You will handle daily clerical tasks, assist with hiring, maintain gaming and bar equipment, ensure safety, and provide outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities

• train with the Casino Manager and learn overall casino operations, including customer service, supervisory decisions, promotions, and cost controls
• set the proper example for coworkers regarding professionalism, attitude, and teamwork
• provide exceptional customer service, handle complaints, make bank deposits, cover for absent staff, answer and screen calls
• complete daily bookwork recording employee, inventory, and sales information
• prioritize, organize, delegate, and follow up on casino tasks while safeguarding assets, cash, inventories, and labor hours
• assist with hiring, orientation, training, and uphold Town Pump standards
• maintain and repair gaming machines and bar equipment, audit machines, coordinate promotions, ensure a safe environment
• take inventory of merchandise, enter invoices, discipline/terminate problem employees, and other duties as assigned
