Job summary

Treasure Bay Llc in Biloxi, MS is seeking a part-time Casino Operations Clerk to support the Operations Department on Saturdays, Sundays and one weekday. You will assist with payroll, attendance, new hires, promotions, evaluations, uniforms, and other administrative duties.

The role requires secretarial experience, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Word and Excel, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while communicating professionally with managers and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in secretarial and administrative support is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of Treasure Bay Policy and Slot Department Standards of Operation.
• Excellent organizational skills and computer knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Self-motivated and fast learner.
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Payroll: compares timesheets to Kronos entries and runs department reports.
• Attendance: tracks callouts, tardies and leave; prepares notices as needed.
• Promotions/New Hires/Transfers/Terms: processes actions with HR, Payroll and IT.
• Evaluations: maintains evaluation spreadsheets and reminders.
• Uniforms: tracks and orders uniforms as needed.
• Toke Sheets: processes dealer toke hours and rates with payroll.
• Paperwork: routes and files department paperwork; updates files.
• Communication: maintains professional communications with managers and staff.
• Work orders: processes and tracks work orders for facilities.
• Schedule: reports for duty as outlined.
• Confidentiality: maintains high confidentiality of records.
• Other tasks as requested by management.
