WE LOVE OUR WORK.
  • Supervise staff and manage daily operations of a designated shift in the Table Games department, including the poker room if applicable. Support operational goals and monitor performance and profit objectives.
  • Coordinate scheduling with the manager to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in departmental budget planning by providing recommendations and supporting budget initiatives.
  • Promote and demonstrate exceptional customer service, ensuring standards are followed and addressing issues promptly.
  • Work with the Shift Manager to implement strategies for customer service, revenue growth, and expense management to maximize profitability.
  • Address team member feedback, suggestions, complaints, and grievances to maintain engagement.
  • Ensure the security and proper handling of gaming equipment, including chips, cards, and dice.
  • Manage inventory, table limits, and maintain all related paperwork and logs.
  • Inspect cards and dice regularly to ensure security during shifts.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and report issues accordingly.
  • Handle confidential departmental and company information responsibly.
  • Manage complimentary privileges within prescribed limits as per the approved Comp Matrix.
  • May serve as acting Table Games Shift Manager in their absence.

To succeed in this role, candidates must perform essential duties satisfactorily. Requirements include at least 18 years of age, relevant education or experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Table Games systems, and the ability to work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends.

  • Associate’s Degree in a related field, or four years of supervisory experience in Table Games, or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of all Table Games and operations.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically and work flexible hours.
  • Basic math skills and ability to interpret data and graphs.
