Job summary

Santa Claran Casino Resort is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage campaigns, promotions, events, and signage across multiple platforms. This role supports social media, content creation, and collaboration with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and brand compliance.

The successful candidate will handle calendar management, supplier relationships, and on-site event support, while maintaining regulatory alignment and high-quality marketing materials.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years casino or hospitality experience preferred
• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Project Management or related field preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and basic marketing and design tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain the primary marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met for promotions, events, signage, advertising, and deliverables
• Coordinate casino promotions, giveaways, and events with internal departments and vendors
• Manage vendor relationships for printing, signage, and promotional items; track costs and budgets
• Oversee signage, graphics, and property updates across the venue (signage, digital displays, POS materials)
• Support social media management and digital presence, including content coordination with teams and vendors
• Proof marketing materials for brand compliance and accuracy; maintain organized marketing files
• Provide administrative support including invoicing review, data entry, and reporting
