Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Atlantic City is seeking a guest-focused team member to greet and seat guests, maintain wait-time accuracy, and support fast, friendly service at the dining outlets. You will engage with VIPs, monitor dining area flow, and promote the Caesars Total Rewards program while delivering a warm, professional experience.

Knowledge of MICROS and CMS systems is preferred, and a NJ CER license is required.

Qualifications

Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting. $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Immediately greets and seats guests with a smile and initiates the execution of the great service experience. Responsible for seating and rotating lines while recognizing and developing rapport with VIP's. Responsible for the accuracy of forecasted waiting times. Performs "satisfaction checks" when not seating guests. Oversees duties performed by the Dining Area Attendants to serve fast and efficient turnaround of tables. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and ability to market the outlet. Entertains guests and creates a fun-filled environment by circulating throughout public areas of the facility as assigned. Maintains knowledge of all menu items and other pertinent information regarding the Seven Stars Lounge and Diamond Club. Will be responsible to approve or deny admittance to the Seven Stars and Diamond Clubs for additional guests of Club members through comp issuance. Promotes Caesars and acts in a professional and courteous manner. Exhibits a positive, outgoing personality. Performs station and side work checks. On occasion, may perform non-union restaurant duties assigned.
