Job summary

Cottonwood Gaming Enterprise LLC in New Mexico is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support kitchen operations under the direction of Kitchen Management, Executive Chef, Sous Chef and/or Kitchen Manager. You will clean service wares, assist with food preparation, stock supplies, and follow health and safety policies in a fast-paced casino environment.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year in a professional kitchen, and ServSafe Certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least 1 year in a professional kitchen.
• ServSafe Certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean all service wares and kitchen equipment with minimal breakage.
• Maintain sanitation of walls, floors and storage areas.
• Stock dishes and supplies for restaurant and banquets.
• Assist with garbage, grease disposal and recycling.
• Aid in food preparation as needed and follow safety policies.
• Adhere to health and safety policies in a casino environment.
