Job summary

Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course is seeking a customer-focused guest services professional to build relationships with players and drive repeat business on the gaming floor.

You will assist guests, resolve issues, and promote the Marquee Rewards program while coordinating hospitality requests for events and promotions. Strong communication and integrity are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years customer service experience.
• One year guest service experience, including but not limited to Player Development, Slots, or Table Games; hosting experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering guest service standards and resolve guest opportunities, conflicts, and complaints fairly.
• Develop relationships with players to grow the customer base and drive repeat business.
• Promote and enroll guests in the Marquee Rewards program and coordinate hospitality needs for events.
