Responsibilities
- Maintain a working knowledge of the Company's facilities and special events, and advising customers of same, whenever possible.
- Greet customers on casino floor, establish rapport, and provide complimentary amenities, based upon specific casino guidelines for levels of play.
- Promote the success of the Players Club, by explaining this marketing tool to customers, issuing membership cards and demonstrating the various methods of use.
- Resolve miscellaneous guest complaints, referring to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
- Assist guests with reservations for restaurants, entertainment venues.
- Facilitate the effective management of information, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
- Prepare correspondence, memos, forms, reports, and other miscellaneous paperwork, as needed.
- Augment special events, through active participation in same.
- Observe special events in the lives of our customers, by preparing and mailing birthday and/or anniversary cards, newsletters, and personal notes, whenever possible.
- Record information on new customers, and update Database as needed.
- Assist the Slots Department with Jackpots, by providing photographic services and issuing complimentary amenities to customers as Jackpots are awarded.
- Compile customer feedback and informs management of findings on a regular basis.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
- Other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions
- Mostly indoors and generally climate‑controlled environment.
- Will be exposed to noise, smoke, and odors.
- Working with others and independently.

Qualifications
Experience
- Constantly use physical movements necessary for general office duties: standing, walking, balancing, eye‑hand coordination, finger dexterity, handling, wrist motion (preferred).
- Constantly plan, follow directions, read, write, use math, discriminate colors, work at various tempos or work rapidly, make decisions, concentrate, remember, attention to and observe details, use of ten key and personal computer, sitting, reaching, carrying, vision, hearing, stooping, and twisting.
- Constantly use mental alertness to achieve high level of accuracy in completing tasks (preferred).
- 2-4 years of gaming and/or marketing experience preferred.
- 1 year of casino experience is preferred.
- Previous experience with ACSC player rating system preferred.
- Excellent computer skills are required.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality are required.
- Ability to thrive in a team based environment.
- Must secure appropriate RI mandated gaming licenses (preferred).
Licenses & Certifications
- ServSafe Alcohol (preferred).
