The Role

The Casino Floor Host is responsible for identifying, developing, and retaining relationships with premium players, with a focus on new customer development. Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain knowledge of facilities and events, and inform customers accordingly.
2. Greet customers, establish rapport, and provide amenities based on casino guidelines.
3. Promote the Players Club, explain its benefits, and assist with membership.
4. Resolve guest complaints and refer issues to supervisors when necessary.
5. Assist with reservations for restaurants and entertainment.
6. Participate in departmental meetings and prepare necessary documentation.
7. Participate in special events and send personalized communications to customers.
8. Update customer database with new and existing information.
9. Support Slots Department during jackpots with photographic services and amenities.
10. Gather customer feedback and report findings to management.
11. Maintain consistent attendance and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. 2-4 years of gaming and/or marketing experience preferred.
2. At least 1 year of casino experience preferred.
3. Experience with ACSC player rating system is a plus.
4. Excellent computer and communication skills.
5. Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to work well in a team.

Additional Requirements

• Must obtain appropriate RI gaming licenses.
