Job summary

Wind Creek Atmore is seeking a Player Services Representative to manage high-volume cash and non-cash transactions with guests, balance cash banks, and promote casino promotions. You will verify guest information, issue vouchers, and track points in CMP while delivering superior service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or in process within six months.
• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Hospitality or customer service experience required.
• Math proficiency tested; minimum 70% pass rate required.
• Six months of cash handling experience required.
• Knowledge of currency counters preferred.
• Ability to use a computer and printers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest and associate service during duties.
• Enroll guests in promotions and in computer system CMP.
• Explain benefits of Player’s Club; address points and events.
• Redeem prizes and issue vouchers through CMP.
• Balance operating cash and complete transactions accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of gaming records and follow dress code.
