• Assist with Players Club, promotions, and guest services.
• Stock and prep bar; serve drinks and maintain service standards.
• Perform drop procedures, coin tests, ram clears, and machine moves/installs.
• Assist with floor maintenance and basic troubleshooting of malfunctioning equipment.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal control procedures.
