Responsibilities

• Takes orders from Guests for all food and beverage requests.
• Serves all food and beverage items in a friendly, professional and timely manner.
• Ensures minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcohol.
• Clears tables during service and refills drinks as needed.
• Maintains clean dining and service areas and performs side work as assigned.
• Operates a Point of Sale register and assists other front of house staff as needed.
