Job summary

Silver Strike Investments LLC in Silver Springs, NV seeks a Food Server to deliver food and beverage items to guests in a timely, friendly manner within our casino dining environment.

You will take guest orders, serve items, clear tables, refill drinks, and help with side work while maintaining station cleanliness; past casino experience is preferred and English proficiency is required. The role involves standing, lifting, and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English – speak and read.
• 1 year experience in casino food service preferred.
• Basic adding and subtracting skills for change.
• Ability to read and memorize all menu and beverage items.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from Guests for all food and beverage requests.
• Se rves all food and beverage items in a friendly, professional and timely manner.
• Ensures that minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcoholic beverages.
• Clears tables during service.
• Refills drink orders as needed during service.
• Maintains station and table set-ups and performs side work as assigned by Supervisor.
• Maintains proper conditions and cleanliness of dining and service areas.
• Ensures equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
• Assists other Front of House employees including seating tables, cashiering, and bussing tables.
• Follows instructions and standards provided by supervisor.
