Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in food service environments preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of casino/resort service standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follows the correct sequence of service at all times.
• Clear, clean, reset, and maintain station during shift.
• Assist other servers in giving the best possible service.
• Perform necessary assigned work.
• Handle guest receipts according to internal casino/resort policy.
• Responsible for proper uniform attire and proper name tag.
• Serve all food/beverages as per room standards.
• Remain current on casino/resort events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
• Provide service to internal and external customers reflecting S.T.A.R. values.
• Inform on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any internal control or state gaming violations.
