Job summary

Rising Star Casino in Indiana is seeking a food service professional to join our team. You will follow the correct sequence of service, maintain your station, and assist fellow servers to provide top-notch guest experiences.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and an Indiana Alcohol Beverage permit. Prior food service experience is preferred and you will be expected to adhere to all casino policies and contribute to a positive, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow the correct sequence of service at all times.
• Clear, clean, reset, and maintain station during shift.
• Assist other servers in giving the best possible service.
• Perform necessary assigned work.
• Handle guest receipts according to internal casino/resort policy.
• Maintain proper uniform attire and name tag.
• Serve all food/beverages as per room standards.
• Stay informed on casino/resort events and hours for all F&B outlets.
• Provide service reflecting the S.T.A.R. values: Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition.
• Report any internal control or state regulation violations to on-duty IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor.
