Job summary

Robinson Rancheria Resort & Casino in Nice, CA is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee all aspects of food production and service in our gaming venue. You will ensure quality, forecasted production, and efficient labor use while supporting the F&B Director in daily tasks.

Responsibilities include supervising F&B staff, ensuring safety and sanitation, managing equipment, and delivering financial reports.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Serve Safe Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Inspection process.
• Ability to handle money and process transactions.
• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and any shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food products meet established specifications.
• Prepare food at forecasted levels and ensure proper delivery.
• Maintain minimum labor levels for production.
• Set up, stock, and service of assigned outlets during shift.
• Complete required financial tools and reports.
• Maintain sanitary, neat, clean, organized environment for staff and guests.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is used safely and report issues.
• Supervise F&B employees directly and indirectly.
