Job summary

Saganing Eagles Landing Casino is seeking team members for its food and beverage venues. Under the supervision of the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will prepare, maintain and serve items while delivering excellent guest service.

You will use the MICROS system to close sales, handle payments, and ensure accurate change and deposits. Responsibilities include checking IDs for alcohol sales, handling cash, explaining products, replenishing service areas, and maintaining sanitation and safety

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to pass background check.
• ServSafe certification required or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Check IDs to verify alcohol age requirements.
• Tend to guests requests for food and beverage in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.
• Explain products to assist guests with their purchasing decisions.
• Compute orders and balance cash register; prepare deposits and record income.
• Read and verify totals on cash register tape and balance cash on hand.
• Describe features and prices of items and process payments.
• Provide cash refunds or exchanges with management approval.
• Prepare, assemble and portion orders for guests.
• Replenish food and maintain a clean, safe service area.
• Maintain proper temperature and quality controls for all items.
• Follow MICROS Card and Bank Variance policies.
• Keep till balanced at end of shift.
• Assist in food production and follow recipes.
