Cherokee Nation Entertainment in Oklahoma seeks a Player Services Representative to greet guests on the casino floor, handle cash transactions, troubleshoot minor machine issues, and promote current events and amenities.

You will keep gaming areas clean and organized, stay informed about promotions, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations while thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.
• Proficient in basic computer operations.
• Detail-oriented with ability to complete federal and state forms accurately.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (7+ hours/day).
• Must obtain and maintain licensing from the appropriate gaming authority.

Responsibilities

• Process e-game jackpots and complete IRS forms (W2G/1042-S) accurately
• Assist guests in locating specific machines and denominations
• Perform minor machine repairs (e.g., clearing jams, resolving tilts)
• Promote a fun, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of gaming areas
• Respond promptly to machine service lights and guest needs
• Stay informed on current promotions, events, and property amenities
• Monitor for underage gaming and report concerns to supervisors
• Uphold Big 6 standards: Clean, Safe, Comfortable, Quick, Friendly, Fun
