Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment in Oklahoma is seeking an entry-level casino team member. The role requires standing for long periods, frequent bending and lifting up to 50 lbs, and varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to obtain a food handler’s card
Ability to complete required alcohol awareness training
Ability to obtain state-issued alcoholic beverage license

Responsibilities

Ensure high-quality food and beverages are served to guests at all times
Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking IDs to verify the minimum drinking age
Provide excellent guest service to both external and internal guests
Maintain cleanliness standards for your assigned station and shared work areas
Handle financial transactions and process guest payments accurately
Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment
