Job summary

Cherokee Casino Fort Gibson is seeking an EVS Attendant to join our team. You will maintain a pristine casino environment by performing cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, and cleaning gaming equipment.

The Attendant ensures guest satisfaction by providing a clean, safe, and comfortable experience for all visitors. This position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and customer

Qualifications

  • 6 months of general work experience preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by gaming authority.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, window washing, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and back-of-house areas.
  • Clean, sanitize, and disinfect gaming machines, chairs, tables, doors, toilets, sinks, and other surfaces.
  • Follow guidelines for cleaning biohazardous spills and disinfecting procedures.
  • Maintain high cleanliness standards in all areas.
  • Assist guests by answering questions and giving directions within the casino.
  • Clean exterior areas as needed.
  • Operate heavy cleaning equipment like floor scrubbers and vacuums.
  • Participate in special cleaning projects and other duties as assigned.

This role involves performing a variety of cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, and cleaning gaming equipment. The Attendant ensures guest satisfaction by providing a clean, safe, and comfortable experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, window washing, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning of office and back-of-house areas.
  • Clean, sanitize, and disinfect gaming machines, chairs, tables, doors, toilets, sinks, and other frequently touched surfaces.
  • Follow company guidelines for cleaning biohazardous spills and adhere to proper cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting procedures.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail in all work areas.
  • Assist guests by answering questions and providing directions within the casino.
  • Clean exterior areas of the property as needed.
  • Operate heavy-duty cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and extractors.
  • Participate in special cleaning projects and perform other duties as assigned.
